Becoming a mother has revealed a strength and capacity within me to go even further, and it was with that certainty that I joined Vinco in 2018. I consider myself a pragmatic, organized, and methodical person, with a constant need to plan for the long term and anticipate problems. I believe that empathy in the workplace has the power to connect people and increase productivity. My mission is to contribute to raising awareness of the company’s financial situation and its growth potential, identifying opportunities, and motivating informed decision-making. I work to ensure that Vinco achieves the necessary financial potential to reach its business objectives, and above all, to create a happy environment where everyone desires to be.
