My name is Ivo Dinis and I am 38 years old. I have been working for Vinco since 2002. My journey at Vinco has always been challenging. I started as an apprentice and have since become a shift supervisor in machining. It has always been a great challenge to work at Vinco. I strive to do better and encourage my colleagues to improve as well, with the goal of approaching perfection. By doing so, I hope to contribute to the company’s continued growth and make it a reference in the world of ball valves.
