In terms of manufacturing operations, the short-term challenge involves the computerization/digitalization of all processes throughout the entire production system, with the intention of reducing its variation, in order to enable a reduction in delivery time to the customer, while maintaining the high standard of quality that characterizes us.

Regarding medium-term operations, we want to continue the work of empowering human resources, taking into account their motivations and ambitions, so that we can all reap the benefits of our efforts.

Concluding, it is intended that the aforementioned objectives are sustained by a continuous improvement system, and a focus on people’s development.
