Ilda Cunha

My name is Ilda Cunha, and I’m an Organizational, Social and Work Psychologist. I have been in the HR field since 2020, and this is my first professional project in the Industrial sector. 

At Vinco, I am responsible for the HR department, and although I have recently embraced this new project, I identify with the company’s values. I feel motivated to contribute to the well-being of the employees and to Vinco’s common goal. 

For as long as I can remember, I have been involved in associations and social dynamics in the community because what drives me is working with People, both professionally and personally. I sincerely believe that human resources are the most important capital of an organization, and this is my daily motto: to invest in the personal and professional development of our People.
